Decision Tree — Calibration Failure
1) Verify analyzer is fully warmed up
2) Check sample temperature and flow
3) Confirm correct zero and span gas
4) Inspect calibration valve leakage
5) Repeat calibration after stabilization
If calibration continues to fail, inspect sample system
for sulfur condensation or moisture ingress.
