Overview
The Endura AZ25 uses a zirconium oxide cell at the probe tip for direct measurement in a furnace or flue duct. It is not a TDLAS analyzer.
Calibration
Match calibration to the installed AZ25 probe and transmitter documentation. The product overview describes test-gas calibration; it does not support a separate generic “reference gas calibration” step or the former failure-frequency claim.
Maintenance
Routine maintenance improves reliability and reduces nuisance alarms.
- Inspect sensor condition and response time
- Verify heater temperature stability
- Check sample filters and flow
- Confirm reference gas/air path is clean and dry
- Inspect wiring and grounding
Common Alarms
The linked AZ10 archive is not evidence that AZ25 uses identical diagnostics. Verify the installed transmitter documentation.
