Decision Tree: Carrier / Pressure / Flow
Goal:
Stabilize carrier pressure (no hunting)
and remove leaks before touching method settings.
1) Confirm carrier supply valve is open
and cylinder pressure is adequate.
2) Check regulator stability
(no oscillation). Repair or replace if hunting.
3) Leak test carrier fittings and manifold
using an approved leak detection method.
4) Verify inlet pressure at the analyzer
is within specification and steady.
5) Run 2–3 cycles and confirm
peaks return and repeatability improves.
