Goal: Stabilize carrier pressure and remove leaks before any method changes.
1) Verify carrier supply and cylinder pressure.
2) Check regulator hunting or oscillation; correct it first.
3) Leak test carrier fittings and manifold.
4) Confirm inlet pressure is stable and within specification.
5) Run 2–3 cycles and verify repeatability improves.
