Goal: Restore stable updates to DCS / PLC (values, quality, and timing).
1) Confirm analyzer is running and timestamps update.
2) Check network configuration: IP, subnet, and gateway.
3) Confirm protocol settings match the DCS configuration.
4) Verify mapping, scaling, data types, and quality/status bits.
5) Align polling interval with the GC cycle time.
