Decision Tree: Oven / Temperature
Goal:
Stabilize oven temperature at setpoint
before judging sulfur results.
1) Check setpoint versus actual
temperature and note alarms.
2) If temperature is low:
check heater power path, fuses,
and relays.
3) If temperature hunts:
check sensor integrity, wiring,
and airflow.
4) Confirm cabinet ventilation
and ambient conditions are acceptable.
5) Run 2–3 cycles
and verify stable retention time.
