- Carrier Pressure Low / High – check supply, regulator stability, leaks
- Oven Not Ready – temperature not reaching setpoint
- Injection / Valve Error – valve switching or timing issue
- Detector Fault – electronics, noise, or instability
- Communication Error – Modbus / OPC mapping or network problem
