Quick Checks
No peaks: Sample blocked, valve not switching, carrier pressure low.
Retention time shift: Oven temperature unstable, carrier pressure hunting.
Noisy baseline: Contamination, detector issue, grounding or shielding problem.
Repeatability Rule
After maintenance, confirm 2–3 stable consecutive runs before releasing analyzer results to operations.
